Prysmian Group's GenSPEED 10MTP is in a class of its own as the world's first full channel, component compliant Cat. 6A cable. Per the company, Prysmian Group's GenSPEED 10MTP cable features a record-breaking 0.230-inch overall diameter. The smaller cable diameter allows for greater cable density, reducing cable management costs, and its innovative design provides guaranteed performance. GenSPEED 10MTP meets or exceeds Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) standards by using mosaic variable laser cut tape for industry-leading alien crosstalk headroom protection of +8dB, and a random laser-cut pattern to deliver electromagnetic interference (EMI) immunity. Its lighter weight and increased flexibility translate to simplified cable handling and optimized cable management: less conduit, less cable tray and more cable in existing conduit and trays (up to 142 cables in a 4-in. conduit) for lower overall project costs.
