EU Regulation 878/2020: the provisions on SOS have been updated

On 1 January 2021, the new EU Regulation 878/2020 came into force, amending Annex II of EC Regulation no. 1907/2006 (REACH), on the requirements for the compilation of Safety Data Sheets (SDS). This update is necessary in light of some regulatory changes, including: 1. The introduction of specific requirements for the nanoforms of substances (EU Regulation 2018/1881); 2. Classification changes introduced by the new versions of the Globally Harmonized System, GHS;
