Tackling climate change will be a central pillar of the new US administration's foreign policy, former White House energy adviser Jason BordofF told a London IP Week discussion about President Joe Bid-en's low-carbon ambitions. "It is critically important because 85pc of emissions come from outside the US, and that is certainly where all the emissions growth is coming from" says Bordofl. "You are going to see the US not just rejoin the Paris Agreement, but several things beyond that which will really elevate the foreign policy issue."
