For more than 70 years, Sutton Industrial Hardware has been serving professional and DIY paint customers in Cleveland, Ohio. The independent business offers a broad selection of paint and sundries in the same neighborhood as one of the independent paint industry's biggest corporate competitors. The store is practically located in the backyard of the Sherwin-Williams' corporate headquarters and is surrounded by a number of Sherwin-Williams retail stores, but that hasn't hindered Sutton's reputation as resource in its community. The store's longtime employees with many years of knowledge, the exceptional customer service and its high-quality paint all have allowed the business to thrive, says Bob Becka, store manager.
