摘要

Sheet shaping at optimal temperature is considered. Three methods of producing aircraft fairings are simulated. The equipment required is discussed. Conclusions are reached regarding the industrial shaping of components. In the plastic shaping of material, the most efficient option is deformation in the superplastic state, which appears in many metals and alloys under specific conditions (optimal temperature, slow deformation, fine-grain structure). Superplasticity is characterized by extremely high deformability of material with low yield point [1, 2].
