摘要

The three-dimensional rotation of a cutting disk in a robot system is considered. A relation is established between the stress in the disk and the kinematics of spherical motion. A condition is suggested for the fatigue strength of a cutting disk in a robot system. In mechatronics and robot engineering, the creation of smart machines and vehicles is of great interest [1]. Equipment containing mechatronic modules is used to automate the production of machines and machine tools [2]. Effective and reliable operation of robot components depends on optimal operating conditions [3]; and on the modeling of the design's dynamic behavior [4, 5]. This is associated with the specifics of machining by cutting disks in a robot system, which must be taken into account prior to use.
