Energy Transfer Partners is selling a 32.44% stake in a firm associated with the Rover natural gas pipeline project to Blackstone funds for about $1.57 billion

According to the deal, Blackstone Energy Partners and Blackstone Capital Partners will buy a 49.9% interest in ET Rover Pipeline, or HoldCo. HoldCo owns a 65% interest in Rover Pipeline.
