摘要

Herpes simplex virus (HSV) is a pathogenic microorganism that can cause multiple organ infections. At present, the chemiluminescence quantitative detection of the project is widely used in large medical institutions. However, the primary hospitals and remote areas are not popularized because of the limited factors such as the inconvenient transportation of the large equipment, purchase price and small number of the sample. Therefore, small and inexpensive chemiluminescence detection equipment is urgently needed in primary hospitals. In this paper, a magnetic particles-based chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay (MPs-CLEIA) system based on magnetic bar transfer was developed. Optimal conditions were investigated and clinical assessment was processed. The MPs-CLEIA method showed a high sensitivity of 0.0024 Index (HSV Value) which is better than 0.01 Index of Italian Diasorin luminescence instrument. The coefficient of variations (CVs) in intra-assay were between 9.73% to 13.77%, and the inter-assay were between 5.07% to 8.60%. The average recovery rate was 94.46%similar to 107.82%. Furthermore, the method was applied in clinic samples analysis successfully with a good coincidence rate of 100% compared with that of Italian Diasorin luminescence instrument. Therefore, the system has a broad application prospects in primary medical institutions.
