Retailers around the country have found incredibly creative ways to stay engaged with their customers over the past year and at the Shaw Flooring Network's (SFN) Open 2021 virtual convention. SFN member Humble Carpet & Decorating Center in Waynesburg, Pa. shared with fellow attendees how it turned a company van into a mobile showroom to meet customers right where they were: at home. "People weren't comfortable leaving their home, so we brought the showroom to them," said Humble Carpet & Decorating Center owner Johnny Humble. "The van is on the road every day."
