摘要

The article describes a lesson for independent practical distance learning in chemistry. The fruit juice content of juice spritzer is determined colorimetrically using smartphones or tablets. The determination of fruit juice is integrated into the lifelike context of sugar consumption. In terms of content, it leads to dealing with content information and reference values. In this way it shows a first approximation towards the concept of concentration. The experimental procedure is designed in a way, that pupils can carry it out with only kitchenwares and without direct instructions from teachers. For this purpose, an instructional video was created with suitable worksheets, which provides both practical instructions and content support in chemistry home schooling.
