US FDA: Completing review on phthalate petitions 'a priority'-Duelling requests to address substances’ use in food contact materials remain under consideration

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has said it is 'a priority' to respond to a pair of petitions submitted years ago on the use of 30 ortho-phthalates in food contact materials.
