摘要

Health Canada has proposed removing 669 low volume or discontinued substances from the country’s revised In-Commerce List (R-ICL) of substances used in food, drugs, cosmetics and other personal cleansing products. Substances on the R-ICL that are used for applications regulated by the Food and Drugs Act (F&DA) are not subject to the notification and assessment requirements under Canada’s New Substances Notifications Regulations (NSNR).
