摘要

In order to find new CAA fungicides, twenty four new threoninamide carbamate derivatives were synthesized. The reaction was optimized. Their structures were confirmed by H-1 NMR, C-13 NMR, single crystal and HRFTMS. Fungicidal activities were evaluated against P capsici and P. cubensi. All of them exhibited excellent activity against Phytophthora capsici in vitro with EC50 values of 0.53 to 20.17 mu g/mL. Notably, compounds 3-11, 3-19 and 3-20 possessed good control effect(>70%) against P capsici in vivo at 6.25 mu g/mL. (C) 2020 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
