VERY NEW AND VERY COOL

There's a lot of moving parts - literally and figuratively - involved in making a plastic product, but it's safe to say that plastics processing today simply wouldn't exist without cooling. Which is why chillers and temperature control units (TCUs) are so crucial. A chilling system cools the hot plastic that's either injected, blown, extruded or stamped, and can also cool down the equipment that's used to create plastic parts - the hydraulics of the molding machine, and gear box and barrel of the extruder - to save on energy and on the wear and tear of the machine itself; and TCUs provide control of process temperatures, servicing a single process at any one time, and are designed to be moved between process applications as the need requires.
