PDVSA says Paraguana at 53.4% of capacity

Caracas-Venezuela’s 955,000 b/d Paraguana Refining Center (CRP) is operating at 510,000 b/d, or 53.4% of capacity, PDVSA said in techni- cal report seen Monday. Processing levels are up since August 2, when the complex was operating at 480,000 b/d, or 50.2% of capacity, according to the previous technical report.
