Singapore—Australian Linc Energy’s acreage onshore Arckaringa Basin in South Australia could hold shale oil resources of up to 233 billion barrels of oil equivalent. Two independent reports from consultants DeGolyer & MacNaughton and Gustavson have confirmed significant resource potential of the Stuart Range, Boorthanna and Pre- Permian formations in the basin, Linc said January 24 in a statement to the Australian Securities Exchange.
