Singapore-Only one of two floating storage and regasification units (FSRU) proposed for the port of Kakinada in the eastern Indian coastal state of Andhra Pradesh is likely to go ahead given space constraints there, accord- ing to Norwegian FSRU provider Hoegh LNG. Hoegh LNG has submitted a bid to India's state-owned gas utility GAIL, which has pro- posed a 3.5 million mt/year FSRU for the site, Ragnar Wisloff, managing director of Hoegh LNG Asia, said on the sidelines of the 17th Asia Oil and Gas Conference in Kuala Lumpur Tuesday.
