South sudan declares force majeure on crude exports

Singapore-South Sudan has declared force majeure on crude for end-December and Janu- ary loading as some 3.4 million barrels of oil destined for export remain blocked because of an ongoing dispute between Juba and Khar- toum over transit fees. South Sudan has accused the Suda- nese government of diverting South Sudan's December Nile Blend crude to domestic refin- eries in the north.
