Shell Faces Grilling at Meeting

Royal Dutch Shell is expected to be taken to task by shareholders at its annual general meeting (AGM) on Tuesday over its exploration drilling plans off Alaska's pristine Arctic coastline and its resistance to transparency rules. Environmentalists planning to attend Shell's AGM say they will tackle the Anglo-Dutch supermajor over plans to resume its suspended Arctic drilling program this summer in the Chukchi Sea off northern Alaska.
