US coal producer Rhino Resource Partners says it does not have sufficient liquidity to continue operating through the rest of this year and may have to sell assets or seek merger opportunities to stay afloat. Rhino's said in an annual report filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on 27 March that its financial condition raises "substantial doubt" about the company's ability to remain in business.
