Atlantic met coal markets found a steadier footing in pricing Wednesday, after a previous run of declines in spot trade for various benchmark Australian brands earlier hit US values. In Europe, there were no signs of spot buying appetite for US and Australian coals and limited interest for restocking. This reduced potential for a snap rebound in regional spot prices, especially for US coals which are more dependent on Atlantic and North American markets for spot pricing values.
