Prospects of forming Euro-Asia superpowerpool

摘要

An analysis of the state of the CIS electrical power industry after the disintegration of the USSR and prospects of its development till 2010 are given. The paper also consideres prospects of uniting power systems of the CIS countries and power pools of the far abroad countries.
