摘要

It is shown that for the same initial steady operating conditions of a power system, that are determined by the point of intersection of initial primary static frequency characteristics of the total electrical and mechanical power, slopes lying in the range from 0 to ±∞ can be obtained. It is also shown that the aperiodic stability boundary of static operating conditions of a power system in frequency is determined by the positive difference of the slopes of the primary static frequency characteristics P{sub}(∑{sub}e) (f) and P{sub}(∑{sub}m) (f) under these operating conditions.
