Designing an induction electric motor for the individual; drive of the spindle of a ring spinning machine

The paper considers the problems of designing an adjustable frequency induction motor for theindividual drive of the spindle of a ring spinning machine. The requirements of the spinning process tothe motor are systematized and the principles of selection of the main dimensions andelectromagnetic loads are formulated. The energy saving which can be obtained after introducing theinduction motor is evaluated.
