摘要

The influence of temperature and nitrogen pressure on densification rate and microstructure of Si{sub}3N{sub}4-Al{sub}2O{sub}3-Y{sub}2O{sub}3 systems is investigated. The difference between densification rate curves for systems with different maintenance of activation additives is presented. The possibility of additional densification at the temperature higher 1800°C due to diffusivity through increased quantity of liquid phase is shown.
