摘要

The possibilities of neutron-activation analysis (NAA) for an examination of sintered aluminium nitride ceramics are shown as well as the results of study on yttrium homogenity and its migration in the course of sintering. The processing ofobtained NAA results is carried out by two factors dispersion analysis. The analysis of results obtained enables to ascerfained the role of separate sintering factors, liquid phase content as well as an mixture preparation method on homogenity ofdistribution and migration of yttrium-containing phases. The analysis above anables to find the sintering conditions providing the best homogenity for yttrium distribution in obtained aluminium nitride ceramics.
