A study on service value assessment method for quality and pricing in video streaming services

摘要

This paper describes the service value assessment method for quality and pricing in video streaming services. Service value was subjectively evaluated by changing video quality and service pricing. As a result, the relationship between video quality and service pricing at the same service value was derived from a service value estimation model. In a subjective test, it was effective to assess the willingness to pay for video streaming services by presenting video quality and service pricing to subjects at the same time.
