摘要

A rotating blade type fan is generally used for cooling semiconductor device such as computer chip. However rotating blade type fans by using electric motor have some weak points, for example high noise, high cost, low durability, and nigh electromagnetic noise. Recently piezo electric fan has received much attention for cooling semiconductor device because or having many merits. In this paper we clarified that T type outlet shape is suitable for piezo electric fan by visualizing the flow around vibrating plate, and proposed the experimental equation to calculate flow rate of piezo electric fan by exam mating flow rate characteristics against the changes of amplitude and frequency of vibrating plate.
