Two Maryland scrap executives have pleaded guilty to charges of bribing a National Security Administration (NSA) official to sell the federal agency’s scrap to their company. Bennett ordered Adam Wayne Berg, 49, treasurer of Berg Brothers Recycling Co., Baltimore, to serve six months in prison and a year of parole stemming from the guilty plea.
