New data on taxonomy of leafhoppers of the genus Kybos (Homoptera, Cicadellidae, Typhlocybinae) from central regions of European Russia [Russian]

Kybos albilacustris Tishechkin sp. n. from Moscow region is described. The new species dwells on Salix pentandra and is closely related to K. virgator. It differs from the latter in the structure of penis and abdominal apodems, as well as in a temporary pattern of male calling signals. The investigation of genitalia and abdominal apodems of K. oshanini from the type locality showed that K. oshanini mesasiaticus, which was considered by some authors as a species, should be regarded as a subspecies.
