This paper outlines the development of a waste water processing system that uses the freezing separation method to process household waste water and waste water from factories and other facilities into pure ice and high-concentration waste water. The separated pure ice is used efficiently for heat source (e.g., air conditioning), then the melted ice is recycled as city water for purposes other than drinking or drained to a river. As already described, the purpose of this equipment is to reuse water and ease environmental problems related to water such as pollution in oceans, rivers, lakes, and marshes.
