摘要

This paper describes a method to estimate the location of sound sources in a sound field, using a microphone array system. In this method, the pattern of a distributed complex sound pressure was recorded using this system placed in the sound field. Next, values for the pattern of the distributed complex sound pressure were calculated, with the assumed referential sound source. And patterns of the sound pressure were processed with the FIR filter. Then, the location of real sound sources was estimated by using the sound image obtained through calculation the cross -correlation function between the calculated and measured patterns of the sound pressure. By the application of a tap -additional method, a sound image with a main/side lobe ratio has been improved from 10 dB as the former to 30 dB or more as the latter.
