摘要

The piezoelectric linear motor using a (R,1)-((1,1)) mode disk agrees with practical requirements, such as being suitable for a high-speed movement, high thrust and thin shape structure. However, there is no node of vibration common to two resonance modes used, and therefore the stable support state was not performed until now. Then, the stator vibrator equipped with T-type support-jigs on two portions of the disk circumference was devised. That is, the structure, which was hardly influenced by the support, was achieved by making equal the resonance frequencies of T-type support-jigs to the frequencies of two vibration modes of a stator vibrator. This paper reports the principle of this new (R,1) and ((1,1)) mode disk motor, and its simulated and measured characteristics of the proto-type motor.
