Microstructure and Properties of Single Crystals of Nickel Alloy NiW-4. 1. influence of Conditions of a Crystallization on Structure and Properties

摘要

The structure of single crystals of nickel-based alloy NW-4 containing 32-36 percent of tungsten is investigated. Variable parameters of directional crystallization are velocity and temperature gradient at the front of crystallization. The structural perfection of single crystals obtained under different conditions is compared. The crystallization parameters are obtained and allow to manufacture the high-level structure-perfect single crystals as inoculums while producing single crystal blades.
