Application of the Method of Two-Phase Potentiometric Titration to Determination of the Basic Substance in Anionic SAS Used in Cinephotographic Industry

Optimal conditions are specified and a method of the basic substance determination is developed for a number of anionic SAS having ionogenic sulfo-group that are used in cinephotographic industry. The method consists in two-phase potentiometric titration with liquid ion-selective electrode in water - chloroform medium. High selectivity of determination is demonstrated in presence of semiproduct of their synthesis.
