System of quality management of standards ISO 9000:2000 as a key to competitiveness of enterprises

The main principles of international standards ISO of 9000 versions 2000 are considered. Application of the principles to design quality management systems, ensuring competitiveness of the enterprise in the modern world, is discussed.
