The MUSIC method applying the output of Doppler filter banks consisting Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) filters has been proposed for an angular measurement system of radar signal processing. The method estimates the direction of multiple targets which are covered in the same radar antenna beam and are in the same range bin separately. But the conventional Doppler filter bank that is operated by the Pulse Repetition Frequency (PRF) unit has to use a number of pulses to get an output. To make matters worse, in the case when the Doppler frequency of the target is higher than PRF, an aliasing is caused in the Doppler filter bank. In this report, we propose a - new angular measurement system by MUSIC applying outputs of quadrature mirror filters in order to estimate the direction of moving targets. Some numerical experiments show that the proposed method is useful for the angular estimation of moving targets and it can decrease the number of pulses for Doppler filter bank.
