摘要

A shaped reflector antenna has a low tolerance to various fabrication errors because it needs a higher quality for shaping. When the idea of reflectors shaping are applied to optical domain, reflector approximation and manufacturing errors seriously degrade aperture efficiency as they become very large compared with the wavelength. In this paper, antenna parameters are optimized by the relationship between processing errors and gain degradation. And, we compare the error tolerance of an optical antenna with shaped reflectors and a standard cassegrain antenna.
