摘要

Investigations of martensitic 14-17 percent Cr steels welda-bility are performed. It's stated that these steels after the same crack-resistance at welding as known 12 percent Cr steels but they inclined to the phase-composition non-stability which worsens weld metal properties The electron-beam welding stabilizes phase composition and provides properties comparable with ones of base metal. Filler wire Ce-10X-16K4H2MB5 with total Mo, W and Nb content up to 1 percent is proposed. It prevents the delta-ferrite formation and enables to get at argon-arc welding properties equal to ones of base metal. Similar results are achieved using filler wire CB-04X-14K4H2MB5 with high temperingof welded joint in place of its total thermal treatment.
