Properties of the assembling weld joints in bridge constructions of the 10XCHДA steels

It is shown that butt weld joints of the 10×CHДA and 15×CHДA steels bridge constructions with thickness 12-32 mm obtained at increased running energies under assembling conditions are inclined to the low-temperature embrittlement along thefusion zone. The welding technology for assembling welds of the 10×CHДA and 15×CHДA steels bridge constructions on the reduced running energies is proposed. This technology allows to obtain the full-strength weld joints.
