How to receive multi cast video stream data by the quality, which became stable in the Managed IP Net, is proposed. This system is realized by finding an appropriate QoS parameter by the prediction of the network. It doing to an actual proof experiment with the environment of the School Internet, which are Managed IP Net, and the utility of this system could be confirmed.
