遊離深下腹壁動脈穿通枝皮弁を用いて再建した浅側頭動脈 中大脳動脈バイパス術後皮弁壊死の2例

Superficial Temporal Artery-to-Middle Cerebral Artery anastomosis is an operative procedure conducted for stricture and obstruction of the internal carotid artery and middle cerebral artery.This operative procedure is generally performed in neurosurgery. Postoperative skin necrosis is reported to be complicated by about 7-17 96.We used a free DIEP flap for the reconstruction of skin necrosis after STA-MCA bypass in two cases.Since we could not use the superficial temporal artery as a recipient vessel, we selected a free DIEP flap which has a long vascular pedicle to reach the cervical vessels for reconstruction. We obtained good flap results despite postoperative MRSA infection in case two.We believe that the free DIEP Flap is useful for the reconstruction of soft tissue necrosis after STA-MCA bypass.
