Infringements and troubles in the digital content delivery and content tracking system for digital rights management

摘要

Because it is easy to make perfect duplications of original digital contents, copyright violation caused by distributing these copies on the internet environment often occurs. It is one of the primary factors hindering the growth of the content delivery business. In this paper countermeasures after the infringements occur are shown to be needed. And we propose a system for the measures and describe some requirements to realize the system.
