Computer-aided functional-circuits level nonlinear RF-systems simulation

摘要

The method of two-level nonlinear radio-frequency systems computer-aided simulation is considered. This method allow to increase designing process computing cost by using mathematical model of object with units, submitted on functional and circuit levels simultaneously.
