摘要

Next generation telecommunication network on which nodes are separated into MGCs and MGs, is being discussed in the MSF, etc. We studied the implementation of MEGACOIH.248 protocol on the network. In this paper we suggest Application Programming Interfaces to send commands by "action" to keep application reusability. From a reliable point of view, we show mechanisms to ensure high reliability, such as the MGC configuration for call saving, the health-check to detect MG's failures.
