Up until now, in small-scale factory, control of wastewater treatment has been performed by hand using various equipment. It is, therefore, difficult to manage the operation of wastewater treatment as one system. This paper describes an automatic control machine that has a touch panel display (TPD) and a programmable controller (PC) working together through communication. With this machine, it became possible to control the entire wastewater treatment system collectively. Using the TPD, the operation of the machine becomes easy. Furthermore, it becomes possible to visually judge operating conditions of the plant. On the other hand, when a error occurs in the machine, the operation is made to stop at once. Feedback control is used for starting the pump feeding solution. The automatic operation of the device was realized by using these watch functions and feedback control. Through this research, the operation of doing treatment securely and stably became possible.
