摘要

To study interorganic interrelations in myocarditis, allergic myocarditis has been reproduced by own scheme in white male rots. Sharp prolongation in duration of hexenal dream revealed to observe in allergic myocarditis determined even on the 21 st day. Disorder in hexenal pharmacodynamic occured as effect of disorders in functional status of hepatic monooxygenase system as result of sharp decrease in cytochrome P-450 content. Comparative analysis of two models (allergic and izadrine) showed adequacy of allergic myocarditis in investigations of interorganic interrelations.
