This will hopefully be the year that the shallow water Etinde development finally goes ahead. Bowleven is just waiting for the formal gazetting of the signed Presidential decree and then privately held New Age will become operator and Lukoil a new partner. The final investment decision on the IM field in MLHP-7 is expected in the first half but is dependent on the go-ahead being given to the Ferrostaal operated fertiliser plan that would be the customer for the project's gas. The platform project will supply 70 MMcf/d of gas and this will in turn unlock liquids production of up to 16,000 boe/d. The new partners will also fund two appraisal wells in 2015.
