JBMT's mission statement emphasises the significance of clinical relevance to this journal, and in recent editorials (Chaitow, 2019; Chaitow and Cambron, 2019), we have highlighted this intent. In past weeks, we have notified authors of new submissions of the now-mandatory addition of a final section entitled "Clinical Relevance" to all manuscripts, consisting of "take-away" bullet points designed to immediately assist clinicians in deciding the relevance and applicability of research findings to their practice and patients.
