In recent years, the energy generated by the anaerobic digestion of sewage sludge has increased dramatically. This article looks at how SEEPEX progressive cavity pumps for sludge transfer and mixing duties delivered lower sludge disposal costs, lower energy use and reduced maintenance overheads.
